The location was perfect for central london activities.

We had to pay extra for a twin bedded room. Lack of atmosphere. Room size smaller than advertised. Poor lighting.

The location was perfect and ideal, right by numerous sites other as well, Shaftesbury Avenue & shopping and William's Bar and Bistro. Had brunch in the Chutney Mary, located nearby.

I stayed in a hotel located in the heart of the city, close to everything you could want to explore. The restaurant was beautifully renovated and offered excellent food. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was in good condition. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a great service throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious and there were additional facilities like a rooftop bar and balcony rooms, adding to the overall experience.

Some rooms had noisy machines nearby, which affected the overall tranquility of the stay.

It is quite small and slightly claustrophobic but space in this location will always come at a premium.

The room was quite small and lacked storage space for our belongings. The breakfast options were limited and the service was slow at times.

The rooms - brand-new, good-sized with > 1 suitcase, a big bathtub, as example. Fantastic and lovely location, a 4-6 minute walking distance from Royal Academy of Arts.

. Bathroom design and functioning (1) impossible to shower without flooding the floor, need longer shower shield or curtain (2) sink design , basin area too small (3) basin drained v slowly, though staff member claimed it was acting normally . internet access for I- Pad was a problem

There's no complains at all, I would definitely go back. All in all they offer excellent service. It has stunning very central location close to many tourist attractions.

Marvellous and amazing location in the beautiful area, right by numerous sites other, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square and numerous sites other and an establishment. Pleasant and exceptional staff in particular Dan the Doorman, unique deluxe room.

This hotel is wonderfully located in a lovely area, right in the very center of the city. The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all your needs are met. The basic amenities provided are satisfactory, and I appreciated that the rooms were not empty despite the system being updated. The walk-in wardrobe was a pleasant surprise and added some extra convenience to the stay. Additionally, the breakfast served included freshly made espresso coffee, which was a delightful way to start the day.

All in all, everything was well-maintained and satisfactory during my stay.

It was close to where we wanted to be. We could park our car and forget it. The staffs are all extremely nice. Decor lovely in both our room and public areas

The room was a bit small The hairdryer for a five star hotel was awful. Did not like the pillows however, my partner had no issue with them. And last but not least the original cost on you web for the hotel was £480 however this went to £636.66 I know that some cost was because of the parking, there were service charges plus my partner had a cooked breakfast and was charged an extra £6 for each day as far as I was aware there was nothing saying continental breakfast and extra for cooked? Also there was a addition 12.5% service charge on top of the 5% mentioned in the booking I would recommend to friends but with reservations
